Don't miss the Deep South Crane And Rigging Swamp Pop Music Festival's Jambalaya Cook-Off sponsored by the Jambalaya Association. Visitors to the festival get to sample some of the tastiest jambalaya to be found anywhere in the world when dozens of expert jambalaya chefs meet head-to-head in 3 separate heats on Friday and Saturday, to make their own gourmet versions of this delicious Cajun dish. The competition is fierce!
